RIP my poor baby.

When I went to the HSPCA - 2,000 miles away from my house - just to pet dogs who I thought needed petting, I saw Roscoe. He was the only dog who did not bark but didn't cower either. I took him out of his cage, and one thing led to another until he was on a plane to Washington :)
