This is just 3 weeks after we got her and just over 4 1/2 weeks after the really hideous pics of her.   In 3 weeks she's healed so well and has gotten back her coat -- despite travelling 1500 miles via car to her new home, being spayed, having core vaccines, and leading the life of an active VERY growing pup, she's doing well.  A few demodex pustules occasionally but this is all with the bathing regimen and herbals/supplements & homeopathics.  I've gotten her completely off ivermectin, and no pesticides.
