- What I want you to know about me

Rex is our shy boy. We got him when he was 5 months old and he had not been socialized with people much at all. He was very shy and scared of everything and everyone new. He is still shy, but very loving. He is learning to trust and enjoy being around people now, and is just a joy. He literally leaps for joy outside in his pen - he just runs around and jumps and leaps, and he seems just delighted with life! He has gorgeous amber eyes that are so gentle. He is such a sweetheart, and has truly won a place in our hearts with his sweet nature and playfulness. Rex was born in March 07.
- Where I live

We live in the country and Rex is an inside dog. He has an outside fenced in area to romp in with his 2 poodle buddies
- Here's what happened when I first met my family

He was scared to death. He had bonded to me in the car and I was the only one he would go near for a solid week. He did good with the other poodles; he is very non-aggressive.
- Things I like
-
He loves to go for walks and car rides, and he loves to run laps around his outside pen with his poodle buddies. Sometimes he just leaps in the air for joy. It's so fun to watch him.
