    Adult food

Lucy is now 14 month old and am looking to change her to adult food. Is any one using Nutro Natural Choice? Was looking at the large breed lamb and rice. What are your thoughts on this food?

    Thanks in advance

Nutro is a middle of the road type of the food. You good a lot better, especially for the price. What type of budget are you willing to spend?

I've heard too many bad things about Nutro to trust them. They've also recently downgraded their ingredients in a lot of their kibbles, so I think you could do better. Off the top of my head I think that Eagle Pack, Solid Gold, and maybe Innova might be in the same price range but much better quality. I'm sure other people will have more suggestions.

The people we got her from had her on Pro Plan when we picked her up so we kept her on that.

     A 30 + lbs bag is any where from $36 to $40

Well, Nutro is definately a step up from Pro Plan. While Pro Plan is the better of Purina's lines, nothing by Purina is high quality. Canidae is pretty cheap, although they have been changing their formulas around, so I'm not sure if they're as cheap as they used to be.
