This house was built on what used to be a peach orchard so the soil is primarily sand til you get about 2-3 feet down! Then you get that Texas clay stuff. The dogs LOVE digging in the sand...and I actually don't find it to be as bad as clay which clumps in the fur. Keeps the vaccum working hard tho LOL!
