  Faribault, MN man charged with dumping puppies Reply Contact I normally leave the posting of items to my wife, Van Morrison's Mom, but I saw this in the paper and became very angry . While I'm relieved that the puppies are being cared for by a loving family, I feel that this guy should be sentenced to as much community service as the law allows at a local animal shelter so he can work with animals that have been abandoned the way he abandoned those new born puppies.http://www.startribune.com/local/18053334.html

Cannot understand humans sometimes.
