    Echo's gone

Jen had Echo put down on Wednesday.  She was just going through too much.  She hadn't eaten a real meal in more than a week.  She just watched the other dogs play and her quality of life had just deteriorated to far.  She made one last trip home to her house in the country and that was it.

Thank you to all of those that offered advice and good thoughts in Health.  It was one rollercoaster ride for sure.  Its over now.  Echo has gone to the bridge.  I'll update the other thread with details if anyone cares to know the little that was found out.

    Candace

I am so very sorry she lost her husky.  These are such beautiful dogs!   It is awful to watch them decline, and then so sad to have that empty spot in your heart and home.
Siberian huskies are a lot like potato chips. We need to have more than one!

I'm so sorry to hear about Echo. She lived a very good life, being able to do what she was bred for. Run free Echo

I'm so sorry to hear of Echo's death.I just went over the thread before and read how fast she was going down. As I mentioned before, we lost our Charlie in one weeks time---from being healthy to gone in 6 days. Praying for your friend and you--may Echo rest in peace now.
