  Did you havea a nickname in High School? Reply Contact One your friends used...or enemies lol. Not cutesy names from when you were a baby..but HS back when you were trying your utmost to be cool...lol.   Mine were "Raven", "Webster (like the dictionary because I "talked proper")" or "Legs (shortened from daddy long legs, skinny then..skinny now lol)". Reply Contact I didn't have nicknames in high school, but I had a few in college.  I was Jon, because of my tendencies to fall asleep in the john after drinking too much.  I was 007, because I was the sneakiest person in my pledge class.  Lastly, I was & still am "F-ing Lobster."  Some friends & I went to Padre for spring break & I fell asleep on the beach.  I slept there for about 7 hours & when I woke up, I looked like a.....well F-ing lobster. Reply Contact Well, I was dorky, so I didn't have any cutsie nicknames.  One older boy on the school bus used to call me Tuna Lips, so of course, everyone 7th grade and above on the bus called me that.  And a classmate called me Potato Nose in the 8th grade, so that stuck til about the 11th grade.   I know I've never posted a picture of me - I'm technology deficient, but after graduation and entrance into the "real" world, it didn't take me long to figure out that many women pay to have the full lips I was born with.  The nose, well, it's not that big.   In Navy boot camp one of the girls tagged me with "Lickety-split", mostly due to my last name, not so much my speed. Then there were the creative explitive variations, you can fill in the blanks. B****ler, F***ler, Sh**ler <--also my fraternity pledge name...pretty much any obscene word with LER added. Then there are the various mispronuniations: Chandler (I've come to accept this just bc ppl are so tuned into pop culture that it just makes their lives easier), Shandler (hate this one), Chance (this one came from a drunk girl after one of my friends introduced me as "Shads"). I'll answer to pretty much anything. you have yet to see the stupidity i'm capable of

Its because I dated a guy in the army who drove the tanks. We didnt date that long.but the nicname has been around for 6 years or so lol. Reply Contact mine was Shadow or Shady.  I was shadow because I was the leader of my friends little group ( every one assumed that and my freinds said i was so wow..i didnt even know it...) and my friends followed me around like shadows. It went from Shadow Girll to Shadow. Mine in high school was Ace.  My best friend's name was Candice and so she was Ice.  We together were Ace and Ice.  It was just to make things less confusing.  At one point we made nicknames out of the first sounds of peoples first and last name.  Keri S. became Kiss, Joel B became Jib, there were a few others.  Then there was Bones, Punz(she was constantly swinging her long hair around), JJ, Glo,  Ripper,  Turtle, Chuck Chuck the Aphro Duck... I don't think any of my friends got away without a nickname from me. LOL Candace

Reply Contact Well, my nickname has been Boney for as long as I can remember...I am sure you can all come up with some obscene names to go along with that one.  A lot of people picked that name up b/c they had heard my parents call me Boney...especially when I was playing sports.  Then there were all sorts of lays on Sarah as well but nothing as sticking as Boney and Boney Jean and Boney Jean Jones....Boner, Bolognia, Bones, Bonnie, Bone...I can't think of any others.    People still call me Boney.    ~Sarah, Harley & Izzy~ boneyjean.blogspot.com
