    DH....

Is everyone living with DH...what is DH short for?  When I first joined the forum I kept thinking I thought "so and so" was married or living with DH but no, it's "so and so."  Now that I am getting the hang of who's who, I think that DH is either a really naughty husband or what?  Confused

    Darned husband...Dear husband...D' other half?

    Re: DH....

Confused  Oh...so much confusion seeing DH over and over again in the various threads.  The truth is that most of the time, DH is doing really good things, like walking dogs and building things... but yikes DH really gets around. Is there a female equivalent?

Speak up, men! If I knew how to do a poll, I would put something together that shows how many males vs females post on this forum.

    Re: DH....

LOL!  I had to google it a long time ago cuz I didn't know what it meant either.  D=Dear, so (H)usband, (D)aughter,      (S)on, (W)ife.

    Then BF, GF for boyfriend/girlfriend.

    Oh, then there's FH/FW=Future Husband/Future Wife.

Annie, I think BF sometimes means *ick head, too.  It does in my house, anyway. Wink

I knew that there was a reason that I liked you so much, Annie!!!!!

My DH usually means dear or dumba$$ husband.  Tonight, he's "dear" but that may change at a moment's notice. Wink

ETA:  I didn't realize that FH was future husband.  I thought that the F stood for something else. Embarrassed

We have a couple men...Ron2 is around quite a bit.  I'm totally drawing a blank on the rest though.  The vast majority of us are women though.  And I use the term loosely...though that doesn't sound right either...lol

Amanda, I have read FH the other way  myself...Embarrassed

Sometimes, all those things at once. I will be the first to admit that guys can be stone cold stupid and idiotic and many times, we are the weaker gender. But on our good days, we are good dogs. Loyal, sometimes house broken (I know I am. I clean up after myself and always leave the toilet seat down when I am done.), and we'll fight to the death to protect our loved ones.

By the way, that's my fire hydrant...

Even though I haven't been around as often, recently, there used to be more guys around here. But I am probably the most prolific poster for a while, representing the male gender.

I think it's 'cause I ain't skeered of women. Who am I kidding? I like living dangerously ...
