True. My dogs would agree. I refuse to throw any sort of toy after dark, since the Emma-tree incident of '05, LOL. They are totally insulted!

TPBM's friend is adopting a Border Collie. TPBM wonders if her friend needs some help.

Oh, yes I do. I have plans to go to lunch. Later, I plan to leave some candy on a spooky table at the top of my long, dark driveway, shut off all the lights, crawl under about three blankets in my heated water bed, watch an old movie, and not answer the door (that way I can still give the kids the goodies, but I don't have to crate the speckled monstah all night).

TPBM thinks it's getting too dark too early.

Sort of true. Mine are clients, not patients. They aren't usually sick (but matted and flea infested, "sigh").
