Sounds like mucus -- sounds like the gut is pretty upset.

Need a bit more information -- how old is the dog?  How long has it been going on?  Now you're talking "jelly" -- colorless? Odorless?  or of color?

That wouldn't normally be cause for an anti-vomiting/anti-diarreal.  Was this all in the same episode?  Did the vet do any bloodwork?  How long since the dog has kept down food?    Is the dog eating/pooping normally?  (sorry, just trying to pin this down enough to be able to help you)

    HI
He is 5 years old, started thursday night was not digesting his food, or water, vet gave him a shot and he was fine until sat starved him for 18 hours, was fine, gave him chicken and rice then started again today with vomiting water and pieces of this cranberry color stuff, then he had either thrown up alot or pooped it out, it looks like cranberry jelly and smells horrible, he is not eating his poop, they are testing for worms they checked his blood and everything came back normal.  let me know what you think
    thanks.

Blood panel NOW.  Sounds like pancreatitis to me -- but a big blood panel to give them some information.

They did blood work and they tested for pancreatitis and other stuff and everything came back normal.  I am dropping the sample off at the vet tomorrow morning. He is on cretine, until Friday, they are also checking for worms

Did they do an xray to rule out an obstruction?

Depending on what it is an x-ray may not help (if it's something like cotton fiber it won't show on an x-ray) -- but an ultrasound usually will.
