  Re: Maxine's Biopsy Results Reply Contact calliecritturs: The Maitake mushroom literally helps protect the cells -- all you have to do is tell a regular oncologist that it is a "polysaccharide" and they GET IT.  This stuff is simply awesome, I'll even go so far as to say miraculous.  If you do decide to do the chemo route, I would highly recommend putting Maxine on this.  Many human cancer patients who take this see positive results.
