The Age, Breed and Size of the dog. Where you got it from and at what age, How long you have had your dog and if discussing multiples who came first etc.
What measure do you use now? Are they crate trained, xpened, left free in house or yard?
Have they been to the vet and for what ? How often do you feed and where? How many dogs have you personally had and been responsible for? What kind of work or school schedule do you have?? Who is there when you aren't? Do they have any training or experience ? Have you and dog(s) taken any training classes both for training and socialization. Is this your Pet, Your Furbaby , your Child??? Any new people in the dogs life or any recent moves?
I know how could some of these help us understand what you may be going through??
Recent shots can cause many issues, a 3 year old dog you adopted from a shelter mixed in with a younger dog you purchased form the breeder will have very different skills. How reputable the breeder was you obtained the dog from makes a huge difference too.
I breed rarely but the pups are whelped in my master bedroom, they live in our home like the rest of the dogs, No garage puppies or kennel pups but pups dealing with the noise chaos and confusion of life with 5 kids and more than 1/2 dozen other dogs of different ages , I can claim my pups to be as close to bomb proofed when they leave my home , They know the touch of kids, the smells and noises. Cooking, vacuum cleaners , tvs and fussing kids or people.
A dog raised in a garage/ kennel has many hours in every day that there is no human interaction. We are delivering an 8 month old to his forever home. Awesome Pedigree wonderful breeder but not raised in the main part of the house. When teens came to visit they were left alone with the pups, this one had his tail broken in two places between 3 and 5 weeks ....while he bonded quickly to us he was worried for months about kids, strangers etc... we reconditioned that with him but before he will be released to his family they will undergo our basic boot camp for two days. He is a much better pup after his time at Camp Bwana. A lot of work but SO worth it.
If we know the house dynamics we will better undrestand why a new problem is popping up or why an old one won't go away.
Best of luck and if you are thinking about asking for help You are Doing a Good thing for your Dog!
