  Rachael Ray Brand dog food! Reply Contact I was at Walmart the other day and there is a new food with Rachael  Ray's picture on it! I think its called Nutrish, or something like that.   Unfortunately, its pretty crappy, which  is weird since RR likes to make healthy meals and even homecooks occasionally for her own dog .  (I get her magazine and there is always a recipe for healthy dog treats)  The food has no by-products or preservatives, but still its mostly fillers, so I would guess its about the equivalent of Purina One, maybe even a little worse. And I'm pretty sure the kibbles are different colors I think its funny how there is a picture on the bag of RR preparing a homecooked meal.... The one good thing about it is that a certain percentage of the sales goes to help homeless animals.

Reply Contact I think they are going after the niche market of people who want to pay premium prices for corn gluten meal and soybean meal.   They may be disappointed, though - I think Royal Canin kind of has that market cornered. Reply Contact  Thats really too bad.  I really like Rachael Ray...and though I never really liked the recipes she made for Boo and Isaboo, I thought it was nice that she was on the homecooking train.  Her recipes weren't bad, just that she uses grains and veggies and I don't as a rule.
