I was feeding Canidae and both of my dogs were doing great on it. Then I decided to switch to Blue Buffalo because they had more choices here as far as different flavors. Teddi had gotten diarrhea on and off while on it, so I decided to go back to Canidae and both of my dogs are doing great on it. I have no plans to switch again anytime soon.

I have fed Canidae to my 18 month old lab for the majority of his first 12 months. The two biggest problems I have with Canidae were large quantity of poops and dry coat. The dry coat goes away with additional Omega 3 and Vitamin E supplements but gosh, the poops.... So, I haven't fed him Canidae for awhile.

I have been feeding both of mine Canidae until 2 weeks ago when I decided I need to do a rotation of foods.  Canidae will always be in the rotation.  Both dogs like it and do well on it.  I used to feed Innova to Zoe before we got Jake and she does pretty much equally well on both.  I will not go grain free again because that short trial was bad for her.  I am trying to switch to kibble and home made though.  If that goes well, Canidae will be the kibble portion.
