I've only ever used Em's oppositional reflex to teach a solid stand. Pressing on her rump (very, very lightly, since she has hip and back issues) and against her chest to get her to stack. She learned, eventually, to stack herself when I say "stand" and looks like she's been show trained, LOL. Her natural "stack" has her back end out like a GSD's. It amuses me, very much.
