I'm not good at wording things, ..
Well, at 3am I put my gerbils cage in the bathroom because they were keeping me up with their scurrying around the cage. At 11:00am I was woken up by a bunch of commotion, and my grandmas partner said K-li (cocker spaniel) had gotten my gerbil. The poor thing was covered in blood, and so scared. My grandma was cleaning the bathroom (which was unexpected.. I sleep in the basement and didn't expect anyone to open the bathroom door..) and she left the door open to answer the phone. She passed while my grandmas partner was holding her. She was always the first one to explore, and she probably jumped out when K-li took the top off of the cage. Her cage buddy (her sister) is gunna miss her.
R.I.P, you're in a better place.
