On their website it says the Calcium level is 1.12% and the phosphorus is .93%  as fed.  That's for the chicken and oats formula.

I fed it a while ago, and I think its a great food. Jetta was picky about eating it (she's like that with any food, though).

I had the adult food in my rotation several years ago, and the dogs did fabulous on it.  I would definitely still be using it in my rotation if I could get it easily.  I don't know why it doesn't get as much "press" as many of the other premium foods (maybe it's the availability issue?).  It consistently makes the WDJ's list, FWIW.

My parent's old, allergic cocker spaniel is on the Duck dry formula (and sometimes the fish).  He has been on it for a little over a year now and does absolutely wonderful!  The only "cons" I would say about he food is that it is really bland looking/smelling which may not fly well w/ pickier dogs.

Pinnacle Holistic is a fine dog food. The ingredients are great. It is an all life stages food. It should be good for large breed puppies. My only complaint is their feeding recommendations seem to be too much. I do not believe you should feed as much as they say on the bag. This is really no big deal I just adjusted the portions down.

If I am not mistaken you can get samples of this food at k9cuisine.com They have many samples available.

I have tried the trout and potato one for Spike since he has allergies. He did great on it, but it didn't seem like he enjoyed it much, even with the canned food. Seems very bland. I found it at Petco
