That's so scary! I would have probably panicked.  Hope the vet visit went well, let us know.

More good vibes coming and I hope you're able to post an update very soon.

    Wishing you both well.

I want to say it's vestibular disease, but I'm not sure that's the right name.

    It is vestibular syndrome

Try the dietary supplement Cholodin.  Many holistic vets in the US carry it as does http://www.entirelypets.com
"Arthritis, joint pain, lameness, and other age-related problems may be linked to the reductions in the body's natural hyaluronan levels.  Cholodin and Cholodin-Fel are now available as dietary supplements containing bioavailable hyaluronan.

CHOLODIN is the original choline-loading dietary supplement formulated especially for geriatric dogs and cats."

Problems that can be treated with Cholodin include doggie senility and vestibular syndrome.

I noticed something wrong with her left front paw, it just flopped around and she can not stand on it

I hope this is transitory, but there are braces that may help:

There are knee support braces, too, but they don't advertise them for luxating patellas:

Thanks for finding that Janet_Rose.  I'm surprised that I was that close with the name.  It's been at least 6 years ago.

I'm very anxious to hear back how she's doing.

Re: HELP need some advise immediately if anyone is out there.

Vestibular disease is what Glenda is thinking -- typically happens in older dogs.  Their eyes will 'flash' (literally it looks like their eyes are flickering back and forth) -- and that's part of the dizzyness and often they just can't walk a straight line.

It usually DOES go away -- but it tends to take a few days.  Often they give pred for it.

However -- it CAN be a stroke too -- that looks similar but it's not the same.  But dogs can also recover from strokes too -- so don't lose hope.

DO try to keep her very very calm -- when Foxy had this he was TERRIFIED.  He literally thought he as dying -- I got that so strong from him.  I had to literally give him valerian root to help him begin to calm down.  If you have ANYTHING that is a calmative -- Rescue Remedy, valerian root, Calms Forte (Hylands - it's a homeopathic) -- give it to her.  It is a SCAREY thing to suddenly be so out of control

Let us know -- good thots and prayers coming your way.
