    Personal policy pledge...

I want to give this a shot.  I'm calling myself out for some rudish or untoward behavior that I've shown in the past.  I'm pointing the finger at myself, not at anyone else.  There are no hidden messages here.

I'm making a pledge to myself, and my fellow idoggers out there-all of them- that I will turn the other cheek, take the high road, sit on my hands, ignore, block, take a walk, count to 100, or do whatever it takes NOT to post negatively for the next 30 days.  Heck I'd like for it to be forever, but a month at a time is a good start.

So if you'd like to join me, sign on.  We'll help each other out via PMs or threads or whatever.  The rules are pretty simple:  No negativity towards another member regardless of how we interpret their posts, their meanings or whatever.

Also, no bickering, fighting, arguing on this thread.  (hehehe, it's my thread and I say that fighting, bickering, snide remarks and other negativity is OT!)

If you're in, post it and let everyone know![:)]

can we whine about other people like...on the news or in real life? Can we be negative about sports teams?

Yes you can whine about people on the news, or air concerns about real life persons of interest.

Sports team comments, though, must always be followed by one or more of the multitudinous smileys on the forum.[;)]
