Puppy's eating poo

Our two puppy's eat their own poo everytime. As soon as they shitted (bad word, sorry) they eat it immediatly if we don't pay attention good enough. Does anyone what we can do about this problem? I already tried to punish them as soon as they are doing it. Does anyone have an idea why they are...
