 Rupie I've got bad news - to me that looks like a mugshot and those most certainly are your foot(paw) prints cozying up to that duck.  I gotta tell ya I admire you attempt at this covert move, and man oh man I have no idea how you were able to resist that duck's bottom sticking up like that - you must be some zen master.

I think what must have happened is there was some kinda ghost doggy walking on the blankie and Rupert scared him away! I really cant think of any other explanation than that!

OMG, that is too darn funny!  Does anybody else imagine Rupert speaking in an English accent?  For some reason, certain photos of him make me "hear" his "voice" as a dapper British gent (but obviously, that's before I read your adorable captions/quotations for him, Janice!).  And to show such restraint and calm behavior when stuffies and duckies are right under your nose is surely the the behavior of a very refined gentleman!

Rupert, don't worry, you'll always have lots of friends who love you, even if you have to share the spotlight with Willa.  No one could ever be mad at you for anything.  And I'm glad you still get to sleep with Mom and Dad!

Yeah, Rupert is such a good boy. He really wants to play with her toys (especially the ones that make noise), but knows not to. When someone comes to the door, he frantically finds a toy to grab to greet them with. Once he ran to a soft bird rattle that was on the floor. He put his mouth around it, the realized it was a baby toy, slowly backed up and went to get one of his toys. He shot me a little "Did she see me? Crap. She saw me. Oops, sorry mom! I didn't mean it." look. It was so funny. I don't even think he touched it with his mouth, he just had it open around it.

Tracy, he can be a regal, proper boy at times, but he can also be a big ole ham bone too!
