Eat lots of fruit - canned, fresh, whatever you can get your hands on (grapes work good). It will probably give you the runs but at least it won't hurt coming out and give the roid a chance to heal. Tucks work good when you have to go but not very flattering carrying around the jar at work.
Funny story - after DH watched me deliver, he said, "Oh, by the way, I think you have two of them now." Gee, thanks honey!
