Can't believe I'm needing to ask for yet more prayers....

Interestingly enough this MAY be what happened to my sister who died suddenly a monthy shy of turning 50.  The gal she was vacationing with did CPR, she was life flighted to the hospital and kept going on the chopper so since she OFFICIALLY died at the hospital, no autopsy was required.  I went through my sisters medical records with a fine toothed comb....she too had complained of heart related "stuff" over the years and extensive testing was done, but NEVER an MRI of the heart, which is what found Jon's problem.  There was a lot of speculation going on in my family about the "friend" who was an RN and *might* have been sleeping with sis's ex husband...how she might have injected Wanda with something, or even just air.  Perhaps NOW knowing that Jon has this condition and knowing that it is genetic EVERYONE in the family will be able to let go of the conspiracy theories.

I haven't been on-line in a week and I sincerely hope your nephew is going to be okay.  My son-in-law had the same thing happen to him.  It seems he has an auxiliary path in his heart which causes it to beat out of control on occasion.  It is treatable.  Hopefully, your nephew will be as lucky.  I'll pray for him and your sister.

Glenda, this just is NOT our summer, is it?  This has been a truly difficult year *sigh*.  Will surely keep lifting up your family -- you've been on my heart all week and I've not been able to get online (came home after being gone all weekend after JUST getting the DSL to work on Friday and the danged modem was fried AGAIN!!! David took it back and got another! *sigh*).

Will surely keep your family in my heart -- but this IS how it happens -- stress in one area causes stress in another.  *sigh*

I feel horribly out of the loop......the procedure will be done TODAY...guess there is another doc who wants in on it and couldn't be involved until today.  Probably being cynical but I think it's probably someone wanting to write a paper or something on installing a debibulator is such a young person.  So sometime this morning they'll do the procedure and then they will keep him until tommorow.

There is just a tiny window when I can call my niece for updates, and haven't talked to my sis since yesterday early morning and she's not great about sharing info......but, Jen said that Jon is in good spirits and is accepting the changes he'll have to make in his lifestyle and is grateful that this did happen as it did instead of him just dropping dead.......

Glenda, still keeping you and your family in my thoughts.

    ...Yeah, I know, I'm a witch...

Not at all.  It's definitely someone else's turn to do the worrying.
