Oops -- that might make things a bit difficult for your dog-walker, Julie!
Glenda, you're right about critters and stretching. Ruby does what I call her "morning yoga" when she finally gets off our bed. It sure is obvious how the position called "Downward Dog" got its name! I used to be very good about stretching before I got out of bed -- it really helped my lower back -- but I've gotten out of the habit.
Steph - sounds like you got a great sitter for Aaron. I can only imagine what a relief it is to know your child is in good hands when you aren't with him!
Doug, I don't think you're alone in your quest to find projects that "require" new tools. I'm sure that's something many men (and some women!) can relate to. My husband is that way with cooking supplies and "tools." He often finds recipes to try that require some kitchen gadget we don't already have. I'm grateful when it's something relatively small and affordable, but it's another story when he needs a different kind of grille or smoker or something crazy like that!
Bummer about the early morning drive on unfamiliar curvy roads, Cathy. I'd want to find a carpool buddy, too.
I've got a task to tackle today that I cannot focus on. It kept me up last night (I knew it would), and here I am avoiding it now. Glenda, think you could figure out a way to send me some of your new trainee's youthful, boundless energy? Sounds like he's got plenty to spare!
