Glad to hear I'm not the only scrooge around, when it comes to the fireworks. We've had them going off all week as well. Last night they started when it was still daylight, about 7 or so and continued, without any breaks in between, until after 10. Our poor Corey's tongue was hanging out about as far as it could go and he was shaking like a leaf. Then today we had some bad thunderstorms. He's one exhausted little doggy tonight. Corey didn't used to be so bothered by them. Guess he thought his older sister was scared enough for the both of them. Well, now that she is gone, he has to take care of the being scared.
Someone has a cannon in our neighborhood and it goes off at 8 AM every Saturday and Sunday. I think it may have gone off last night as well.
Tracy that's my concern as well, all of the outside animals and the wildlife and animals hearing is so much more sensitive as well. Poor critters.

Joyce, as others said, glad to hear you've found a way to stand that makes it a bit more comfortable for you. Sending some more healing vibes your way.

Jackie, that was funny about the fellow telling you to pick him up something at McDonalds. Too bad you didn't think fast and make some comment about a food delivery charge as Tracy said.

Nice to have a quiet night tonight. I'm surprised actually that I haven't heard any fireworks. Probably everyone sleeping with a hangover.

Hi -- weird day -- I was 'off' but I had a project I wanted to do ... where is it written that when you organize something and you have that 2-3 things left over that just don't fit ... and somehow it spawns this whole NEW project "if you really did it right"... ugh!! I must finish THIS one before I start a new project ... I must ...
