Nope, it doesn't come with additional wages. Long story and I am going to try not to stress over it too much. I will see how it plays out over time.

Well -- I can see emergency rations are needed here **busting out the Easter candy EARLY** -- Passing everyone as many Dove chocolates at they can hold in their hands -- the cyber variety is gar-un-TEED to be zero calories!!

Tina -- you made me giggle -- David's sister has moved all the heck all over the world (statistician for the Common Market) & right now she's in Montreal. Her boyfriend is in Brussels -- Has been for 17 years I know of!!  Periodically she'll go there or he'll come over here, they spend some time together and BYE!!!!  Not the slightest bit of interest in marriage.  I'm going to say it's refreshingly honest LOL.  But it appears to work.

Jackie -- I hear that cyber Dove chocolate has immune-building properties as well.  Hope the weekend turns out miraculously better.

Paige - I thot only *I* would do something like that.

Karen -- better days MUST be coming.  Thank heavens for multi-level homes.

Julie -- at least your boss called and at least he was a bit sheepish.  Good luck .. but I guess you can feel ... needed??

Deb - all your Dove chocolates are filled with whatever the heck floats your boat.  And a hug to boot!! ***Deb***

Tomorrow the dogs *and* I get groomed.  That grey roots stuff?  It sucks.  The day is coming when I'll get it all cut off and stop the color.  But that probably won't happen until Wally retires LOL (he hopes *chuckle*) -- but for right now it's more that *I* don't want to feel that old.  I cherish my illusions! LOL

I think the same thing about freeing myself of the hair color trap, Callie, but for now I'm disillusioned right along with you!  As much as I get tired of being a slave to coloring every month, it's the only way I can fight my aging appearance without turning to methods that are outrageously expensive and involve various sharp objects, so the color is much more agreeable solution!

I took Rex in to the vet (nothing serious, just some routine stuff) and while we were in the exam room waiting for the Vet, someone came into the waiting room with two dogs who sounded like they were trying to kill each other.  I couldn't see what was going on, since the door was closed, but it was super loud and the owner was yelling like a banshee at them which just added to the chaos.  Rex was so funny listening to it and cocking his head back and forth and sniffing under the door trying to figure out what all the commotion was about.

Gabby is delirious with happiness that Rex is at the office with her today.  You would think she hadn't seen him for a month. lol  Ruger showed him the new couch that dogs aren't supposed to get on. Wink  Rex hopped right up and made himself comfy. lol

I have no clue what is happening with everyone....sorry...hugs for those who need them.

We had sun today! So, our snow from yesterday melted today. A town near the island got 9 inches--we got closer to 4-5. It was supposed to snow all night, but it stopped here for a a few hours, then started up again.

Also from yesterday--I remember your story of the photographer, Paige. I hope he's doing well, and I know he'll appreciate a note or email. Doug, Piper looks happy! Good she figured out the deer are bigger than she is. I am sorry about the basement refrigerator and the loss of beer.

Gray hair--I've earned 'em but I have fine hair, so they don't show that much. I bet I would color of I could see them easily!

Rex, I'm glad you helped yourself to the couch!

Not much else here--but, it's NCAA basketball tourny season!

Limping back to the forum, finally!  Today was wildly busy, but darned productive.  I came home with just under $1200 in sales for the day, and wouldn't you know I had an email with another $600 order.  I ROCKED today.  I'm beat, but it sure was worth it.

The guys got pizza for dinner.

I almost rolled on the floor at Karen's pic of the villain!  And poor Paige!  The prickly pear cactus (think that's the name) has a stunning flower and there are any number of lovely flowering cacti, but the glued on blooms really takes the cake!  And some say disparaging things about the intelliegence of Okies!
