Begging is one thing, and if she's just doing that, then it's probably behavioral. But, there are some diseases, such as diabetes, that cause dogs to experience excessive hunger. So, if you think this is really out of the ordinary for her, and it's sudden, maybe a checkup wouldn't hurt.
