    All Life Stages Food?

I'm getting a puppy in a few weeks and he can't eat my current dog's food, so I'll have to buy something for him.  But before I did, I was curious about everyone's opinion on All Life Stages food.  Is it good?  Is it BS?  Because a lot of the premium foods are all-life-stages lol...

I feed Innova to my shepherds and when I have a foster litter they are weaned directly on to Innova, all life stages.   However, if this is a large breed pup, I'd probably suggest a large breed puppy formula unless you also homecook.

I've always raised puppies on adult, or all life stages food. I gave Emma puppy food til she was 6 or 8 months, but she was pudgy and seemed to be gaining rather quickly. I switched her to adult, and the pudge left, her muscles toned up, etc. Some of it had to do with age, I'm sure, but I really don't like puppy food...... Next puppy gets all life stages, or raw.

Alright.  He's a Pembroke Welsh Corgi so I won't have any large breed problems.  >^_^<

Eevee is on Canidae Platinum for her weight loss so maybe I'll just get him the Canidae regular all life stages...

    I can't wait till he's 12 weeks and I get him.  >^_____^<

When we got Wes, the vet had us get him off the puppy food right away.  He said something about it causing them to grow too fast and creating skeletal problems.  (I should have listened better...)

Although - with the apparent mis-information that vets seem to be giving out about food - I don't know how much weight I'd put into his advice about nutrition now that I know better.
