Well, after exactly 3 weeks to the day of wearing that cone, we got to take it off her Thursday. Her leg is healing great. Where there had been that silver dollar or larger size gaping hole where the incision opened up, there is now just a spot about the size of a dime and isn't even a real hole any more, just a dip.
However, she got spoiled with being hand fed while wearing that cone and when I set her pan down, she looks at me as if to say "Hey Mom, I still have a boo boo on my leg and need some babying.!"
