Sleepy time....

Hello everyone, things are winding down here this evening, my dogs are settling in for the night. Where is your dogs favorite place to sleep? Do they like to be covered up? Share their sleep habits with us...

My Dane, Hurley loves to be covered up and sleeps on the couch

Grux, my Rottie loves to sleep on his back, he looks so uncomfortable but it's his favorite way to sleep, he doesn't like to be covered up.

Honey spends part of the night in bed with us, part of the night on the floor at the foot of the bed. Guess she thinks she needs to sprawl more than she can in the bed, so after a while gets down and "sprawls" on the floor..

Ruby also likes being covered up whenever she's relaxing. She generally curls up in a ball on the loveseat, but sometimes she'll stretch out a bit. At night, she curls up against DH, covered with her own blanket (we draw the line at letting her under our covers!).

Tonka (RIP) was just like your Rottie -- he slept in that same position probably 75% of the time. We have several photos of his upside-down face, jowls hanging open, face all smooshed up. He looked so weird! I miss lying next to him and giving his entire under carriage lots of gentle scritches when he was zonked out like that. Crying

Our sweet Shadow (RIP) just like your Rottie, upside down and legs everywhere. Hot sleeps on his side anywhere that is cool, unless it is stormy then it is as close to the daddy human as possible, Rocky prefers a couch and pillow but when I am home its anywhere that he can keep me in sight. He also likes to sleep in a chair on the front porch :)
